Angela Nalu graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics (2001). As an avid traveler she studied abroad and spent her third year of undergrad at the University of Sydney in Australia. Upon her return, she joined the now infamous accounting firm, Arthur Andersen, as a litigation consultant. After three years in the business sector, she ventured off to law school with a specific interest in negotiations/mediations. She received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (2007) and was a member of the Negotiation & Mediation Team. In her third year of law school, Angela was the 2007 ABA Regional Mediation Champion, as well as, the 2007 ABA National Mediation Champion. After law school, Angela accepted a position at a law firm in Rome, Italy where she wrote proposals for European Union commissioned projects to promote ADR throughout Europe. Angela is licensed to practice law in all California state courts and the Southern District of California (federal).
Angela has developed significant experience in both plaintiff and defense civil litigation. Since joining Coast Law Group, Angela has focused primarily on personal injury defense litigation, contract disputes and business litigation cases. She has also been committed to giving back to the community by handling pro bono cases for clients that have suffered from domestic violence.
Angela was raised in San Diego and enjoys the mid-day surfs that are a natural part of life at CLG.
