Coast Law Group Welcomes Four New Attorneys
ENCINITAS, CA -- February 1, 2006 -- Coast Law Group, LLP (“CLG”) is pleased to announce the addition of two new partners and the expansion of the firm’s practice into the areas of Intellectual Property, Cyberspace/Technology, and Insurance Law. The attorneys from Kouretchian Law Group, APC, together with attorney David Peck and Rachel Lipsky, will be joining the CLG team to create one of North County San Diego’s largest and most diverse law firms.
Attorney Seyamack Kouretchian brings to CLG over fourteen years of experience in the areas of Intellectual Property Law, Cyberspace/Technology Law, and Business Law, as well as substantial Commercial and Intellectual Property Litigation experience. Having developed a successful practice representing both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Kouretchian will immediately manage CLG’s IP Practice Group. Mr. Kouretchian received his B.A. from the University of Southern California and his J.D. from Santa Clara University.
David Peck is a successful trial lawyer who brings to CLG a wealth of experience in General Litigation, Professional Liability, Real Estate, and Personal Injury matters. In addition to his remarkable win record in nearly twenty jury trials, CLG’s Business Litigation clients will benefit from Mr. Peck's Enterprise Liability background which includes Insurance Consultation and Fraud Prevention. Mr. Peck received his B.A. from the University of Southern California and his J.D. from Loyola University.
Attorney Robert Berkowitz will be joining CLG as a senior associate in the firm’s IP Practice Group. Mr. Berkowitz, who received his BS from Carnegie Mellon University and his JD from California Western School of Law, specializes in Intellectual Property Law, Internet Privacy, and Commercial and Intellectual Property Litigation.
The addition of Mr. Kouretchian, Mr. Peck, and Mr. Berkowitz represents the next logical step in CLG’s rapid growth as one of North County San Diego’s preeminent law firms. These attorneys’ shared dedication to quality legal services and proven track records perfectly complement the existing practice and vision at CLG.
