Alex’s practice focuses on transactional business law and general corporate and business matters. As an attorney at the Coast Law Group, Alex continues her efforts to provide the best possible results to her clients as well as provide creative solutions to complex issues.
Background and Education
As the daughter of a 20+ year member of the Judge Advocate General (JAG) in the Marine Corps, Alex became interested in the law early on in her life. She joined the mock trial team in high school and interned at a law firm while an undergraduate. She also interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office (Civil Branch, San Diego) while completing her undergraduate degree. While attending the University of California – San Diego for her Bachelor of Arts, Alex earned Provost’s Honors and graduated in three years. Her degree is in Political Science-International Relations, with a minor in History.
Alex attended law school at the Chapman University School of Law. While obtaining her Juris Doctor (JD), her research and writing skills helped her win two CALI Awards (award given to the student who achieves the highest grade). She was also a member of the Chapman Women Lawyer’s Association and worked as an Editor of the law school newspaper, The Courier.
Alex spent her initial years after law school practicing civil litigation, including complex wage and hour class action cases. Alex has extensive experience in employment law and has worked on commercial telecommunication matters as well.

Alex is licensed to practice law in California. Alex is also licensed in all federal district courts of California.
Alex lives in Leucadia with her husband and enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time outdoors. She recently completed a 100-mile bike ride to raise money for MS (multiple sclerosis) charities as well as research. When not working, Alex can usually be found at the beach with her husband and their dog Koa.
