Mike Nunez

Mike Nunez is a personal injury attorney handling both pre-litigation claims and litigated cases. Mike graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2022. He was a recipient of the Law Faculty Outstanding Scholarship each year during law school. Prior to law school, Mike attended the University of Oklahoma where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Throughout law school, Mike clerked at many well-respected personal injury law firms in San Diego. During law school, he also worked for an accident reconstruction expert. Mike's time working in accident reconstruction provided him with valuable insights as to the many factors leading to how motor vehicle collisions occur, the bio-mechanical forces the body undergoes, and most importantly how to explain and humanize those factors to a jury during trial.

Mike is involved in various professional organizations, including the San Diego County Bar Association and the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.

Mike was born and raised in Encinitas. He was involved in local volunteer programs and charities throughout his youth. This early exposure to philanthropy fostered a desire to help people. In particular, victims of accidents and other activities causing injury.
